A holistic and integrative healing session by organic aum, designed to gently harmonize body, breath, and awareness. Through the resonance and subtle vibrations of Singing Ring, combined with Reiki energy work, balance is softly restored to the body, mind, and consciousness.

Using organic aum’s original journaling practice, you take time to observe your current state, sensations, and inner landscape. This reflective process helps bring clarity to thoughts and emotions, creating space for deeper awareness. By giving form to what lives within through words, the inner world begins to soften and organize, preparing you to receive the session more fully.
With this grounded awareness, you are then invited to surrender to the resonance of the Singing Ring, allowing the nervous system and breath to gently return to the present moment.
The session continues through bodywork, facial treatment, and energy work, harmonizing body, breath, and awareness as one continuous flow. Finally, surrounded once again by the healing resonance, you are guided into a space of deep stillness, where integration naturally unfolds.
ONEDAY RETREAT
